A. Acquired 10 reconditioned computers from the state.
B. Discarded 4 older computers.
II. Old Business
- Update on server and network-
•Jeff and Mike will work to resolve licensing issues and image remaining machines
•Many computers have been imaged and are working well
•AR is on the server and working well
•Server is being backed up weekly
•We have new switches to make information pass more quickly and efficiently
- Survey results were discussed and will be posted on the website.
- Scanners – it was decided that we don’t need them and can make use of existing technologies.
III. New Business
- Switch to Bresnan? Educational programming? – Not sure if that is an option yet. Lisa Howe will check on it.
- Donation of hubs – Brenda Casey – Members think that switch ports would be more efficient than hubs.
