in YOUR school.

The Pioneer School PTA sponsors many events during the year to help support the school, students, teachers, and community.

•For the 2010-'11 school year, we are already planning for Santa's Secret Shop, NOW, the AR Store (huge motivator for young and emerging readers), the Christmas Program, Science Fair, Book Fairs (helps the AR program), and the list goes on!

•Pizza
Every Friday, pizza is offered to the students for $1.00/slice. We have it delivered nice & hot from Dominoes Pizza. To compliment this fine gourmet lunch...the 5/6 grade class sells pop ($.50--big & $.25--small cans) & coolers ($.25). This money is used by the 6th grade class to do a variety of fun activities while on their "skip day" in May (movie, mini-golfing, rock climbing, etc.) as well as purchasing needed items for local charities.

•Hot Lunch
Hot lunch will be served twice a month. It will cost $1.50. Menu includes: tacos, spaghetti, chicken nuggetts/tator tots, hot dogs, chili...all that good stuff that's fresh out of the oven. Kristy Parrish can make a "good & hearty" meal out of anything...the kid's look forward to these lunches! Notes will be sent home a few days before each hot lunch.
